A development of 550 homes is being planned in north Dublin.
The scheme at Baldoyle will include a new village centre.
Plans for the development, which will be built in 4 phases, have just been filed with Fingal Co. Council.
It will adjoin an existing housing estate which is beside Clongriffin station.
An environmental impact assessment has been prepared for the scheme which will include 379 apartments and 71 houses.
A new village centre will also be constructed.
The 53 acres of land has an estimated value of €13.5 and developers are looking for 10 years permission for the project.
