Brian and Mary Patricia O'Donnell have until noon on the 29th of April to leave their luxury house after they lost their case to keep their family home in Killiney.

The Court of Appeal rejected Mr. O’Donnell's bid to hold on to his 7 million euro mansion in Gorse Hill.

Bank of Ireland is planning to sell the house to pay off some of the 70 million euro owed by the solicitor and his wife for unpaid property loans.

The couple’s arguments about the legality of the receivership and a judge’s impartiality were dismissed by the court just a few minutes ago.
