DCC Struggles To Finish Clontarf Floodwall

It's claimed Dublin City Council is struggling to find an expert to review the controversial sea wall in Clontarf.

Work has been stalled for over a month after a public outcry over the height of the flood defence, which locals have described as cheap and nasty.

The council has agreed to set up an independent review panel to decide if the wall opposite St Anne's Park is suitable.
