The daughter of Hollywood actor Paul Walker is suing Porsche, blaming design defects with one of their sports cars for her father's death.
The Fast and Furious star died almost two years ago in a crash in California.
Sixteen year old Meadow Rain Walker is suing the company for unspecified damages, arguing that flaws in the Porsche Carrera GT meant her 40 year old father was trapped in the vehicle after the 2013 crash.
Porsche has so far not commented on the claims.
