Crime Boss Dies From Brain Injury

Crime boss Cornelius Price has died from a brain injury.

The 41 year old was heavily involved in the Drogheda gangland feud.

Cornelius Price was due to stand trial in the UK for kidnapping but became ill in 2021 and was hospitalised.

The 41 year old was the leader of a gang that operated out of Gormanstown in Meath and was involved in the Drogheda gangaland feud.

He was also suspected of being involved in a number of murders.

Among them were the murders of Willie Maughan from Tallaght and his pregnant partner Ana Varslavane.

They disappeared in April 2015 and their remains have never been found.

Cornelius Price died in hospital in Wales yesterday.
