Daft.ie has released a survey ahead of the election and concerns over housing topped the list.
Out of the 920 people surveyed by the property website 62 percent put housing as a top issue with the lack of supply and rising house prices still the biggest problem.
40 percent of those questioned also indicated that they feel no political party is best suited to address their concerns over housing and almost 80 percent said they will vote in the election.
