Civic Ceremony Planned For Winning Dubs

A civic ceremony will take place in the city later for the Dubs.

The ladies have joined the men's side in taking the All Ireland Football title.

Mick Bohan's side prevailed by 18 points to 1-10 at Croke Park.

Hannah Tyrrell scored eight first half points and skipper Carla Rowe added another four points in the second half as Dublin won the Brendan Martin Cup for a sixth time.

Dublin's Lord Mayor Daithí de Róiste says he's planning to welcome them to the Mansion House later at 4pm.

I'm so pleased to congratulate the Ladies  aswell as the men. Double All Ireland winners in 2023. This is a phenomenal achievement for the city and a phenomenal achievement for Dublin GAA.

And phenomenal achievement fit's a 90 clubs and 100 thousand GAA members right across Dublin.
