Over €160,000 worth of cannabis herb and cocaine has been seized in Ringsend.
Gardaí made the discovery while searching a property at Ropewalk Place yesterday.
The cannabis herb is valued at just under €98,000, while the cocaine is valued at around €66,000.
A juvenile was arrested at the scene and was taken to Kevin Street Garda Station.
A Garda spokesperson says: "Gardaí have seized over €160,000 in drugs following a search at a property in Dublin 4 yesterday, Wednesday 8th February 2023.
"At approximately 2pm, Gardaí conducted a search at a property in Ropewalk Place, Ringsend. During the course of the search, cannabis herb with a value of €97,840 and €66,360 of cocaine was seized.
"All of the drugs seized will now be sent for analysis.
"A juvenile was arrested at the scene and taken to Kevin Street Garda station where he was detained under the provisions of Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996. He has since been released without charge.
"Investigations are ongoing."
