There's a call for the Department of Foreign Affairs to better publicise the risks to tourists in certain countries.
The recommendation is from the inquest into the deaths of three Irish people shot dead on a beach in Tunisia by an Islamic State terrorist in June 2015.
The families of Martina and Larry Hayes from Athlone and Lorna Carty from Meath say they still feel "pain sadness and anger."
Yesterday Lorna's husband Declan told Dublin Coroner's Court he went looking for his wife after he heard gunfire.
"I went to the beach, I lifted a towel. It was Lorna ... She was lying with her head to one side as if she was lying in the sun."
The jury in the inquest returned verdicts of unlawful killing in each case.
Afterwards, solicitor for the families Chara Scultz read a short statement on their behalf.
We truly hope that no other family ever has to endure the pain and tragic loss that we have suffered. We are very grateful to the Coroner and the jury's attention to the case. In particular the jury's recommendation that warnings regarding travel risks to countries such as Tunisia should be an integral part of package holidays sold by tour operators."
