There's been a call for increased vigilance around water this weekend, following a tragic incident in which a 13 year old boy died.
Ricky Osagi went to the aid of a girl who got into difficulty swimming in a lake in Blanchardstown on Friday evening.
The student died in hospital on Saturday morning.
