Buskers in the City Centre may soon have to hold a licence.
Dublin City Council's proposed new by laws will be unveiled today and will call for an annual fee of €30 to be introduced.
The city's Arts Officer Ray Yates says, if approved, it'd boost the quality of Dublin's street musicians.
