It may be one of the smallest businesses in Dublin but the kiosk in the centre of Ballsbridge has sold for a whopper price.
The structure at the junction of Lansdowne Road, Pembroke Road and Northumberland Road was snapped up for 250 thousand euro by a private investor.
That's about 50 thousand euro above the guide price.
The stand is leased to a coffee company with the short term lease runs until January 2017.
