A number of new apartments in Ballsbridge in Dublin are about to set a new rental high in the city.
Monthly rents for the 88 top end apartments at Number One start at 3,850 euro for the smallest units.
The Irish Times reports that the three bed penthouse will start at 6,000 euro per month.
The apartments come with lots of amenities including a spa, gym and on site concierge.
