Gardai are appealing for witnesses to a hit-and-run in Lucan in which a man was seriously injured.
It happened back in March but officers are hoping any witnesses will come forward.
The collision happened on the Ballyowen Road on the evening of St Patrick's Day.
A grey Volkswagon Polo collided with a Mazda hatchback with a partial reg plate of 07 LH and the digit 2.
The driver of the polo in his early 70s suffered serious injuries and was rushed Blanchardstown Hospital.
The person driving the Mazda fled the scene.
Gardai believed a number of people may have witnessed the crash.
