Dublin rents are up by 103 euro since last year that's a ten percent increase in the last 12 months.
The latest rent index from the PRTB has found that outside Dublin rents grew by 3.8 percent during the same time.
Nationally, the cost of rent in Ireland is now 17 percent lower than it was during the peak in 2007.
