It's all eyes on the skies of the city today as Kitefest kicks off.
Around 5,000 people are expected on Dollymount Strand this morning where kids of all ages will be taught how to get airborne.
The free event is being organised by Dublin City Council - Catherine Byrne organised the festival and she says the conditions should be just right
