The head of the National Standards Authority of Ireland says there will be action taken here over the Volkswagen emissions rigging scandal.
It's thought around 80 thousand cars could be affected here.
The company says it will contact owners with details of how to get the software "corrected," although it reiterates all vehicles are technically safe.
