Two hundred new jobs are on the way to Dublin and Limerick.
ICON, which specialises in clinical trials, is expanding operations in Limerick and in Leopardstown.
The roles will be in IT, finance and clinical science.
The new "global innovation hub" will bring the company's Irish workforce to 1,200.
