A 13 year boy has died in Drogheda after getting into difficulty while swimming at a reservoir.
It's believed he'd been swimming with friends when the alarm was raised by a member of the public.
Head of Irish Water Safety Roger Sweeney has expressed his condolences to the boy's family.
