Taylor Swift has just confirmed her 12th studio album is on the way!
During a surprise appearance on New Heights with the Kelce brothers, she unveiled the title — The Life of a Showgirl — and revealed that pre-orders for the album (including vinyl and cassette editions) are already open, with deliveries set to begin by 13 October.
The announcement came via her website countdown, leading fans to speculate all last Monday. Taylor then lifted a blurred album cover for the first glimpse. She teased fans further by promising full artwork will drop when the podcast episode airs on 13 August. Fans are buzzing.

This marks her first new body of work since The Tortured Poets Department in 2024 — not to forget the re-recording renaissance with Taylor’s Version releases and the back catalogue rights she reclaimed.
