More wet and windy weather is on the way.

While storms Dudley and Eunice have passed, forecasters are warning of more bad weather over the rest of the weekend.

A wind warning for the whole of Leinster will be in effect from 11am tomorrow until 9am on Monday.

Met Éireann says there'll be some "very strong southwesterly winds and some severe gusts".

In their forecast, Met Éireann says: "It will be cloudy and wet tonight with outbreaks of rain and turning increasingly windy, with west to southwest winds becoming strong and gusty.

"Tomorrow, Sunday will be wet and very windy with strong to near gale force and gusty southwest winds. Rain will be heavy at times and may lead to spot flooding."

The weather's expected to brighten up later on Sunday, but frequent showers are still expected.

The unsettled weather is set to continue into Monday and Tuesday.
