Book With Confidence
Aer Lingus has extended its flexible booking policy until the 30th September 2021.
The airline's Book With Confidence option allows customers to change their travel dates free of charge.
Rome
Those with flight tickets can change their dates as often as they wish up to two hours before take off.
However, in the small print Aer Lingus states a fare difference may apply in some cases.
Paris
Customers with a Plus, Smart, Advantage, Flex, Business or Business Flex fare have extra options.
They may exchange their flight for a voucher up to 14 days before.
This changes to within 14 days if their destination has moved to red on the EU Travel Framework or if the customer decides they don't want to travel.
And in certain cases Advantage or Flex travelers may avail of a full refund.
Madrid
In summary:
Free Changes: Customers can change their flight for free as often as they need on any route and any fare until 30th September 2021.
Guaranteed Voucher: Customers who purchased a Plus, Smart, Advantage or Flex fare can receive a voucher if they decide not to travel.
Cash Refund: The Advantage fare guarantees a refund should the customer decide not to travel.
Berlin
While Ireland remains on lockdown, international travel is out of the question.
