Three new bombshells are entering the Love Island villa including Irish rugby player Greg O'Shea.

Get to know the three new Islanders below:

Greg O'Shea

  • Age: 24
  • Hometown: Limerick
  • Profession: Rugby Player

What makes you the perfect Love Islander?

I’m a really sociable and happy go lucky guy! Irish people bring a different edge to the villa so I’m looking forward to bringing that.

What are your best and worst personality traits?

My good traits are that I’m energetic, very friendly and I’m focused - when I have a goal in my life nothing really gets in the way. My worst traits are that I’m a bit of a clean freak. If I see something
that I don’t agree with, I’m not able to hold it to myself - I always have to say something. I struggle to bite my tongue.

How would you rate your looks on a scale of none to ten and what would you say is your best feature?

I broke my face a couple of months ago through Rugby so I had a broken nose and a cracked forehead! Before that happened I would say I was an 8… but now I’d dock myself down to a 7 with the
broken face. The lads always say I give the girls a cheeky smile so that’s probably my best feature.

What’s your idea of the perfect girl?

I’m searching for a girl who is confident in herself, not cocky but she knows her worth. I want a girl who backs herself and someone who lives a positive lifestyle.

Who is your celebrity crush?

I fancy Halsey the singer – she’s cute.

How do you tend to meet dates?

I’ve only been single for the last year. I was with a girl for 4 years before that and in a relationship for 5 years before that. I’ve always been in relationships. I saw myself marrying the last girl I was with, I was saving up for a ring but she called it a day after our lives together just didn’t work out.

My career means I’m away travelling a lot and she was struggling with that in the relationship. It hurt a lot and it took a lot of friends and family to pick me up after that. Out of respect to myself, her and how great our relationship was, I didn’t date anyone for 6 months after we broke up so have only been open to getting out there again in the past few months. I have been on a few dates with girls I’ve met organically. I don’t believe in dating apps, I’ve never been on them.

What’s an immediate turn off for you in a girl?

If a girl is always taking selfies that’s not for me. I like a chilled girl.

How far are you prepared to go in the villa to get the girl you want?

It’s inevitable I’m going to have to annoy somebody but hopefully I can do it in a respectful way.

Which of the guys do you think you’ll get on with?

I could see myself getting on well with Anton, he has even more energy than me and I like what he’s about. I think Tommy and I will hit it off because of our sporting backgrounds.

What girls do you have your eye on?

I need to get in the villa and see what the story is and who is good craic! I’d say me and Maura will hit nit off straight away, being two Irish people and she’s hilarious. She’s very naturally funny and she’s gorgeous as well so you never know.

Will you be loyal or do you have a wandering eye? Have you ever cheated/been cheated on?

I’ve always been a one girl kind of guy… If I see a girl I tend to fall for her hard. Hopefully that can happen again. After my last relationship I lost my faith in love so hopefully going into the villa can
get my belief in love back.

What’s your definition of bro code?

If there is a lad that you have a loyalty to and he has been talking to a girl and then you go and try to crack on with her, that’s against bro code. You should have a word with them before you crack on
and you should never be getting to know a mate’s ex-girlfriend.

Any claims to fame?

I know a lot of sporting people, all the pro rugby players in Ireland through working with them. I used to run and do athletics internationally as well and I went to the Youth Olympics in 2011.

How long have you been single?

About a year.

Harley Brash

  • Age: 20
  • Hometown: Newcastle
  • Profession: Estate Agent

What makes you the perfect Love Islander?

I’m looking to find love. I’m a girls’ girl but I wouldn’t be afraid to step on some toes if I have to. I’m such a positive person I hate negative energy, if you’ve got that stay away from me!

What are your three best and worst personality traits?

My best bits are that I am always positive and happy; I am very caring and I am very loving. My bad bits are that I can be very needy. But I’m only needy when I want to be, otherwise I need my own
space. I can be a bit of a spoilt brat so I need someone to keep me on my toes.

How would you rate your looks on a scale of one to ten and what would you say is your best feature?

I’d say I was a 7 out of 10, above average. I’ve got lovely feet! My lips are my best feature, I get complimented on them all the time.

What’s your idea of the perfect guy?

My perfect guy would be lovely and tanned. I need a man, I don’t want a boy, I need someone who will take care of me and put me in my place. My whole life I’ve had everything given to me on a plate so I need someone to give me the chase. If you don’t give me the chase, I will get the ick and I won’t fancy you. And I need a guy who is funny.

Who is your celebrity crush?

Anthony Joshua.

How do you tend to meet dates?

I don’t do online dating, I tried and I’m horrendous at it. I always meet people who are friends of friends or when I’m out. If I’m in a club and I see someone I fancy, I’ll go up and tell them I fancy
them. That’s what I’m like. I’m not afraid to make the first move if I see my perfect man, I wouldn’t be shy and I’d go up to them and tell them I like them.

What’s been your most disastrous date/dating experience?

A lot of my first dates tend to be disasters because I’m always so nervous, I make a t*t of myself!

What’s an immediate turn off for you in a guy?

Arrogance. There is a very fine line between confidence and arrogance and you need to know it.

How far are you prepared to go in the villa to get the guy you want?

I’ll always tell a girl first if I like the guy they are coupled up with but if I’ve told the girl, then the game is on. I wouldn’t be sneaky or snakey but if I’ve told someone I like someone, don’t think I’m going to hold back.

Which of the girls do you think you’ll get on with?

I’ll get on with Maura and Molly-Mae. Maura’s banter is right up my street, she is funny and anyone who says they don’t speak to their girlfriends like Maura speaks is a liar!

What guys do you have your eye on?

I think Ovie is absolutely beautiful, he is stunning so he is basically my perfect man. I also think Anton comes across really funny so I’d be open to getting to know him. I really fancy Michael but I think he is a bit misunderstood. He’s lovely to look at though, I could definitely just look at him!

Will you be loyal or do you have a wandering eye? Have you ever cheated/been cheated on?

I have never cheated and I never ever will. If I’m with someone and I like them, I will be obsessed with them. But if I decide to have wandering eyes I would tell the guy and I probably wouldn’t have
really liked him in the first place.

What’s your definition of girl code?

It’s what I’m like with my friends, I would always have their back 100 percent.

And you know some of the former Islanders through your hometown..?

Ellie Brown is my best friend, she is amazing, we are like sisters. My mam and her mam were best friends so we’ve known each other since we were little. We’ve always stuck together. I know Zara McDermott through Ellie too.

I also know Adam Collard well, he’s such a lovely boy. We went for dinner and were pictured and it was suggested we were dating but we’re just friends.

I know of Amber - who is in the Villa - I see her on a night out but I don’t know her too well so it’ll be good to see her in the Villa.

How long have you been single?

I have been officially single for a year.

I will give myself a 7 out of 10 and my favourite feature is my eyes or hair.

What’s your idea of the perfect guy?

How do you tend to meet dates?

I’d like to meet people out and about but I feel like guys don’t come up to girls anymore, they’d rather wait and slide into your DMs later. I have done a little bit of online dating but it’s not been very successful so I’ve given up.

What’s been your most disastrous date/dating experience?

I went on a date with a guy once and the next day he told me that his ex-girlfriend had paid a private investigator to follow him and watch us on the
date. He showed me pictures and videos of us at dinner and leaving the restaurant. I didn’t see him again.

What’s an immediate turn off for you in a guy?

I don’t like when boys are cocky. You need to have a bit about you but I don’t like it when guys are rude and arrogant with it.

How far are you prepared to go in the villa to get the guy you want?

I want to have a good time and I don’t like falling out with people so hopefully I can be friends with the girls and gorgeous Ovie will still be single for me.

Which of the girls do you think you’ll get on with?

All of them! I think Molly-Mae seems sweet and funny and I think Amber seems nice. I’ve liked seeing her softer side.

What guys do you have your eye on?

Ovie! And Michael is good looking.

Will you be loyal or do you have a wandering eye? Have you ever cheated/been cheated on?

I have been cheated on and I’m far too forgiving, I’ve taken people back in the past – bad move. I am loyal so I doubt I’ll have a wandering eye.

What’s your definition of girl code?

Don’t go behind people’s backs, don’t be snakey, be nice and look out for the girls.

How long have you been single?

I’ve been single for a year.
