'Ireland For All' Solidarity March To Take Place At Parnell Square Today

Solidarity marchers say its unacceptable that people coming here for protection, are not being provided with adequate accommodation.

Amnesty International says it's a 'disgrace' that aslylum seekers' only options are homeless services or sleeping rough.

It's one of many groups taking part in an 'Ireland For All' Solidarity March, which kicked off at Parnell Square at 1.30pm today.

The Sligo and Leitrim Labour Party also organised a Refugee Solidarity Rally at the GPO in Sligo at 2pm - in solidarity and celebration of diversity

Amnesty's Human Rights Interim Director Fiona Crowley says refugees should have a right to a roof over their head:
