Services are resuming at Tallaght Hospital following a power outage this morning.
A number of areas were impacted including the Emergency Department and ICU.
In a statement this afternoon the hospital says it regrets that the emergency situation led to the postponement of appointments for today.
It adds that they will be rescheduled as quickly as possible in the coming weeks.
