Kanye West rented out Madison Square Garden in New York last night for the launch of Yeezy Season 3. All of the Kardashian/Jenners were in attendance at the fashion show, where Kanye also streamed his new album The Life Of Pablo.
One song in particular stood out. On Kanye’s track Famous, he rapped, “I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex/ Why? I made that bitch famous.”
Kanye and Taylor fell out back in 2009 when he crashed her speech at the MTV VMA’s as she collected an award.
A rep for Taylor has now spoken out about the song.
“Kanye did not call for approval, but to ask Taylor to release his single Famous on her Twitter account. She declined and cautioned him about releasing a song with such a strong misogynistic message. Taylor was never made aware of the actual lyric, “I made that bitch famous.”
Meanwhile, Taylor’s friends and family have also responsed angrily to the track. Her brother Austin posted a video of him throwing his Yeezy runners into the bin.
Supermodel Gigi Hadid also distanced herself.
My attendance somewhere does not mean I agree with everything being said in the music playing there. My friends know of my loyalty.

Orange Is The New Black star Ruby Rose and actress Jamie King also tweeted their support to Taylor.
And now my dear friend Taylor.. Right before another huge moment for her.. Can I still support him and call myself a feminist? A friend? No.
