After a long struggle with fertility issues, the pair welcomed "miracle" twin boys Oscar and Hugo last year.

Taking to Instagram to share the news, Davison said she hopes the book will normalise the conversation about infertility and miscarriage.

"I am just thrilled, delighted and over the moon to announce that my brand new book is on the way this Autumn," she said.

"It’s called When Dreams Come True: The Heartbreak and Hope on My Journey to Motherhood.

"My aim in writing the book about the awful struggles we faced – with infertility and the long and challenging journey we undertook to have Sophia via surrogacy and then they joy in expecting twin boys just months after Sophia was born – is to help to normalise the conversation about infertility, miscarriage, pregnancy loss.

"And to really examine the silence and the stigma that surrounds it.

"I’ve discovered that there’s great healing power in sharing or discussing your experiences with pregnancy loss or infertility, even if it’s just with a couple of close friends or family members."

In the book, she will also be discussing life as a working mum and "embracing the chaos" of having three children under two.
