Mariah Carey sat down with Ellen DeGeneres this week. The singer opened up about her split from her billionaire fiance James Packer.
When Ellen asked how she’s doing mentally, Mariah replied: “I think I’m doing well. Everything happens for a reason. Things are the way they are.”

Mariah Carey will join James Corden for a Christmas special of Carpool Karaoke. The pair met up in California in October to film the festive episode, which is due to air on The Late Late Show in December.
James was spotted wearing a green Christmas jumper, while Mariah sported a red leather jacket. James even brought the superstar present - a Christmas tree tied to the roof of his SUV.
Mariah previously appeared on Carpool Karaoke back in March, belting out some of her biggest hits like 'Fantasy' and 'Always Be My Baby', while driving around LA.
