There's reports today that Lindsay Lohan is engaged to her boyfriend Egor Tarabasov but the actress' rep has released a statement setting the record straight.
Hunter Frederick released a statement to Just Jared: “The story is untrue and holds no merit.”
Lindsay has been dating the Russian heir for the past 7 months.

Last month she opened up about Egor in an interview, calling him “a great guy”.
“I met him in the summer. I’m really happy,” Lohan told The Sun.
