She really proved them wrong!
Lady Gaga recently opened up about the Facebook group her old college classmates made called “Stefani Germanotta, you will never be famous”
Although the group was deleted long ago, screenshots of the old Facebook group have been doing the rounds on the internet for years, with fans wondering how those doubting classmates feel now.

Now Gaga has finally spoken out about the mean-spirited Facebook group, by commenting on a viral TikTok about it.
The video juxtaposed a screenshot of the 12-member Facebook group with a list of the star’s many accolades, including an Academy Award, two Golden Globes, 13 Grammy Awards, 10 Billboard Music Awards and 18 MTV Music Video Awards.
“Some people I went to college [with] made this way back when,” Gaga wrote on the post. “This is why you can’t give up when people doubt you or put you down — gotta keep going.”
The superstar was a student at NYU’s Tisch School Of The Arts until 2005. Two years later she had rebranded as Lady Gaga and released her first studio album The Fame, featuring mega hits Poker Face and Just Dance.
Egg all over the face of those former NYU classmates!
