It’s official – love is well and truly alive for The Script’s Danny O’Donoghue, who’s just married his long-time partner, Anais Naing, in a stunning garden ceremony on Thursday, May 8th.
The loved-up pair, who’ve been together for five years, said their vows in a picturesque outdoor setting, surrounded by close friends and family. Danny, 44, looked sharp in a classic black suit and bow tie, while Anais, 31, wowed in a sleeveless satin gown, elegant white gloves, and a flowing veil.
The pair first stepped out publicly together at the Pride of Britain Awards in 2021 and haven’t looked back since. They said they were “over the moon” to finally call each other husband and wife.

Danny proposed back in August 2024, pulling off a surprise engagement at the top of a mountain overlooking the Seven Sisters waterfall in Norway – a spot close to both their hearts. He hiked up with champagne, glasses, and a full picnic in his backpack, leaving Anais completely stunned when he popped the question.
The couple met during the pandemic – a time Danny says brought them even closer, fast-tracking their connection. Their relationship has inspired several of his songs, including “One Thing I Got Right” and Anais’s personal fave, “At Your Feet.”
From mountaintop proposals to wedding day magic, it’s been a proper fairytale romance – and we’re absolutely buzzing for them!
