Caitlyn Jenner could be charged for her part in a fatal car crash in Malibu earlier this year.
LA police have said in a statement that Jenner was speeding before crashing into two other cars:
"The results of the investigation is that speed was a factor, considering the existing traffic conditions."
One woman was killed, and another injured.
The families of the victims sued Jenner, who was known as Bruce Jenner at the time.
Caitlyn Jenner now has her own reality TV show about her transition, "I Am Cait".
