Cuts to social welfare payments are stopping single mums in Dublin from entering rehab.

A new report from drug counsellors Citywide, says fewer women are now turning to community rehabilitation schemes and they're blaming the Government.

Changes in Budget 2012 mean anyone who wants to kick the habit must give up their payment while they're enrolled on the course.

Citywide spokesperson, Anna Quigley explains why it's putting people off:
