A baby boy injured in a crash in Finglas over the weekend has died.
Two cars were involved in the collision which happened at the junction of Hamptonwood Green and Hamptonwood Avenue on Saturday afternoon.
The 3 month old passed away at Temple Street Children's hospital Monday afternoon.
Meanwhile a 78 year old woman has died after a two car crash on the Coast Road, Malahide at 3pm on Monday.
The victim was taken to Beaumont Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
A 79 year old man was also taken to Beaumont, where he's stable.
Two women aged 22 and 59 who were travelling in the second car, were also treated for non serious injures.
Gardai are appealing for witnesses.
