Zaytoon is set to open its first ever northside restaurant next month.
The Persian restaurant will launch its third Dublin store in Swords Pavilions Shopping Centre in July.
The eatery, famous for its kebabs, already has two other stores - one on Parliament Street and the other on Camden Street Lower.
Zaytoon announced the news on Instagram:
"We're super proud to confirm that we'll be opening a third Zaytoon restaurant in the Swords Pavilions Shopping Centre next month.
"We're very excited to be serving our delicious, authentic Persian cuisine across the river! What are you gonna order?"
An official opening date has yet to be announced but we'll keep you posted!
