A popular Dublin donut company has created a Gin Donut! The Rolling Donut has invented two treats inspired by the popular spirit - Gin, Lime, and Elderflower Flavour and Strawberry Gin Flavour.
Speaking about the news, Lisa Quinlan owner of The Rolling Donut, said:
“We love doing collaborations and Bloom Floral Gin was the perfect summery fit. It’s something I’ve been working on for quite some time now with my bakers and I can’t wait for our customers to try them".

Gin, Lime, and Elderflower flavour - a donut filled with a light and gin and lime mascarpone topped with a delicious fresh gin lime and elderflower glaze.
Strawberry Gin flavour - gin infused strawberry mascarpone with a pink sourdough base with a strawberry and gin infused icing, a real taste of summer!
The donuts are available in stores on Wednesday 1st August. Plus to celebrate the launch, all stores will have a delicious donut wall where customers can play games and win some mouth-watering prizes.
