Jam Park officially opens this Friday, May 24th. Ireland's first multi-experience destination is located in Swords.

The site, which was previously The Wright Venue, is described as an "adults playground where you can eat, drink, play & dance".

Jam Park is the latest offering from Bodytonic, the team behind festival favourites Beatyard and The Big Grill. They also run popular Dublin spots The Bernard Shaw, Wigwam and Eatyard.

98FM got a sneak peek at the new venue ahead of its grand opening.

Main Event Space

Located on the first floor, the main event space will play host to a full schedule of concerts, comedy gigs, talks, screenings, conferences, quizzes, parties, art & science exhibitions as well as private activations.

At full capacity the room holds up to 1200 and includes three bars and a beautiful outdoor terrace.

Second Floor

You'll be able to evoke your inner child on the second floor of Jam Park and try your hand at crazy disco golf, ping pong, shuffleboard, darts, escape rooms, over 50 board games and a revolving choice of carnival, circus and interactive games.

There is also a selection of private rooms for parties, karaoke, meetings or just hanging out with friends.

Eatery Park & Terrace

Eatery Park is located on level 3 and contains an open air, fully heated rooftop terrace.  The restaurant is described as "a grown-up diner focused on guilty pleasures peppered with healthy vibes using the very best of Irish produce".

Food will be served throughout the day from 11am and keep the good times rolling into the night.

The menu includes New York style hot dogs using custom made sausages by Jane Russell and signature burgers by Higgins Butcher using the best Irish beef. The vegan cauliflower wings and veggie Spice Burgers are also a must-try. Garnishes and as many ingredients as possible will be sourced from Jam Park’s rooftop farm once in season.

The drinks menu features craft beers, classic spirits, low and non-alcoholic beverages aplenty. There are also some playful cocktails available such as the Mexican Coke Float made with Jack Daniels and ice-cream.

You can check out the full menu here.

Exhibition Space

The venue features an exhibition space. The dedicated gallery for art and science will host local and international exhibitions on rotation throughout the year.

The first exhibition taking place is ‘Synthesis’, which is a merger of 4 different muralists who have created sculptural pieces as opposed to their usual 2D works.

Decoy, Kambo, Atmos and Weaks who have backgrounds in both fine art and graffiti culture are all featured in this exhibition which will run for 6 weeks in the Swords venue.

Jam Park Opening Hours

Jam Park opens on Friday May 24th at 11am. Opening times are 11am to close, Wednesday to Sunday, every week.
