Electric Picnic 2015 is officially over. Thousands of fans will make their way home from Stradbally today. When leaving the camp-sites, rather than leaving your tent behind - pack it up, leave it in to the information tent in your camp-site and the tents will be donated to very good causes.
If you're driving, Gardaí advise to slow down and take your time on the road. If you are feeling tired, take a break, get something to eat and relax before getting on the road. Be safe!
The camp-sites will close at 1PM. And don't worry about that hangover, at least you can shower today.
Festival Director Melvin Benn said “The festival was brilliant, it was better being bigger and it hit every spot there was to hit. Blur were absolutely exceptional and they were bouncing off the walls after they came off the main stage on Saturday night. I’m already looking forward to what we’ll have in store for 2016”.
