Almost every year on the XFactor, a group is created from solo audition hopefuls and it's happened yet again. Gary Barlow has put a group together called “Stop, Look, Listen” which includes 21 year old beautician Jeanette Akua who we saw audition at the weekend.
He thinks he has found the next Destiny's Child. Both One Direction and Little Mix were formed on the XFactor too after all the members auditioned on their own.
