Ed Sheeran is being sued for 100 Million dollars (€85 million) for supposedly copying parts of the Marvin Gaye hit, Let's Get It On.
The Thinking Out Loud track from 2014 copies the “melody, rhythms, harmonies, drums, bass line, backing chorus, tempo, syncopation and looping" according to legal documents obtained by TMZ last week.
The law suit was filed by Structured Asset Sales (SAS), a company which part of the rights to the Marvin Gaye 1973 classic.
