Just 24 hours after she released it exclusively on her husband's streaming site, Beyonce's made her new album available to buy on iTunes.
Some fans believe lyrics in one of the songs on Lemonade confirm rumors that Jay Z cheated on his wife.
The song is called Anger, and the Daily Beast puts it like this: Beyoncé is gracing a parking garage with her presence in a full-on wedding dress, letting us all know that, “when you play me, you play yourself.”
She adds a little aside for Jay Z, in case he hasn’t gotten the memo yet (can someone give Mr. Carter their HBOGo login info already?): “If you try this shit again, you’re gon’ lose your wife.” And then she drops her freaking wedding ring."
While fans can pay to download it, Lemonade is expected to remain available for streaming only on Tidal for now.
Sites like Spotify and Apple Music are expected to be in a position to be able to offer it to stream down the line.
