Barnardos National Collection Taking Place This Friday

Tonight one in nine children in Dublin will go to bed hungry because of poverty.

Barnardos helps break that cycle for kids and their families by providing a safe space, a friendly face and proven programmes to help improve their lives.

Barnardos is holding its National Collection Day across the city this Friday. The event will raise vital funds for kids and help Barnardos carry out their work in 16 project centres across Dublin.

In 2017, Barnardos helped over 15,300 children and families across Ireland break the cycle of poverty.

They're calling on Dubliners to support Barnardos' National Collection Day, kindly supported by Dell. Collectors will be out across the city on Friday or you can donate online at barnardos.ie
