Friend of the show Adam Clayton, joined Ray and JP on air this morning to raise awareness for World Mental Health Day.
Along with 98FM, Adam is also an ambassador of the Walk in My Shoes campaign, which aims to help and support young people who are experiencing Mental Health difficulties.
It's also a massive day in the world of U2, as the band see their new album, Songs of Innocence, fully released today. It had previously only been available on digital download.
