Sick of seeing 20-somethings flirting in a luxury villa for 8 weeks? Us too to be honest 😂

It seems like ITV are finally trying to target that older demographic and are putting the call out for contestants to take part in their new show, 'Romance Retreat'.

It reportedly has the exact same premise as Love Island, only the contestants must be single parents who've been nominated by their grown-up children.

For anyone who's interested (or if you're looking out for your single mam or dad!), they're taking applications now.

An older version of Love Island has been something people have been shouting about for a while now and prolific presenter Davina McCall has publicly said that she would love to present a show like this.

Speaking on the Diary of a CEO podcast, she is 'literally begging ITV" to let her present "midlife Love Island".

'They've lived a life – they're widows, they're people who have been through horrific divorces. They are people who have split up with somebody and decided they want to try going out with somebody the same sex as them."

A legend from the OG Big Brother days, and someone who found herself single in her 50s, we personally think she'd be absolutely perfect!
