Arsenal are up to 4th in the Premier League after they beat Watford 1-0 at Vicarage Road last night.

A 10th minute mistake by Watford goalkeeper Ben Foster allowed Pierre Emerick Aubameyang to charge the ball into the net.

A minute later, Watford's Troy Deeney was handed a straight red card for pushing his arm into the face of Gunners' midfielder Lucas Torreira.

It was the first time in this Premier League season that Arsenal kept a clean sheet on the road.

The Gunners are now 1 point behind London rivals Tottenham, level on points with Chelsea and 2 ahead of Manchester United in the race to finish in the Champions League spots.

Here at home, Pat Hoban scored an injury time penalty to give Dundalk a 1-0 win over Bohemians in the SSE Airtricity League Premier Division at Oriel Park.

UCD also won with a late spot kick, as Gary O'Neill's penalty handed them a 2-1 victory over Cork City at the Belfield Bowl.

Cork had Garry Comerford sent off.

Patrick McClean, Gerardo Bruna and Junior Ogedi-Uzokwe were on the mark in the first half as Derry City beat St Patrick’s Athletic 3-1 to go second in the table.

It ended scoreless between Sligo Rovers and Waterford United at the Showgrounds.

Manchester United are 1-0 down going into the second leg of their Champions League quarter final against Barcelona in Spain tonight.

Kick off at the Nou Camp is at 8pm.

The stadium is where United won the competition 20 years ago, when their current manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer scored the winner against Bayern Munich.

United's Alexis Sanchez is fit again to face his former club.

In Turin, Juventus host Ajax, with that last 8 match tied at 1 goal apiece after the first leg.

In the Premier League tonight, third from bottom Cardiff City go to Brighton, needing a win to reduce the 5 point gap between the clubs in the top flight.

7.45 is the kick off time at the AMEX Stadium.
