Jose Mourinho has admitted that Manchester United are close to signing another player- but refused to confirm if that player is Paul Pogba.
The Red Devils are widely reported to be very close to re-signing Pogba, who left Old Trafford on a free transfer back in 2012.
It’s thought it will take a world record fee of around €130 million to bring the player back to Manchester from Juventus.
Speaking before Wayne Rooney’s testimonial last night, where Manchester United and Everton drew 0-0 at Old Trafford, Mourinho confirmed to BT Sport he was hoping to sign one more player.
And he insisted he wanted to get the deal done before the start of the Premier League season, which kicks off on Saturday week, 13th August.
