Wayne Barnes has been appointed as the match referee for Leinster's European Champions Cup semi-final.
The Blues go to the Stade Velodrome in Marseille to take on the reigning champions Toulon this Sunday.
The last time the English official was in charge of a European final four match-up involving Leinster - they defeated Clermont on the way to winning the trophy in 2012.
Barnes also had the whistle for the last clash between Leinster and Toulon which was at the quarter-final stages last year - the Top 14 side won 29-14.
Top Welsh ref Nigel Owens will assist Barnes on Sunday and that could be an indicator that he will be handed the main duties for this year's final at Twickenham.
Irish official George Clancy takes charge of the other semi-final between Clermont and Saracens.
