Manchester United have moved up to eight place in the premier league table, after winning 3-0 away to Aston Villa.

Amazingly, this was a mid table clash before kick off as 11th place hosted the team in 9th.

But United managed to show their superior quality as they made easy work of today's game.

But, Villa certainly started the better. The home side hitting the target three times, each of which, were well dealt with by David De Gea.

But with their first real chance, United took the lead. A Januzaj header came back off the post, and Welbeck was on hand to finish from close range....

Welbeck then got his, and United's second just two minutes later. Latching onto a low Rafael cross.

Tom Cleverly add the third after 53 minutes to secure the points.

There was another positive for the Reds as Darren Fletcher came off the bench with 20 minutes to go for his first appearance since December 2012.
