Tommy Bowe came very close to scoring a try that could have turned the match at the Millenium Stadium yesterday at the end of a 32 phase period of dominance for Ireland in the second-half.
Alas, Ireland would fail in their quest to win the Grand Slam with a 23-16 defeat to Wales in Cardiff.
There were chances to get over the line before Ireland eventually won a penalty try in the closing stages and Bowe spoke to 98FM Sport's Stephen Doyle about them after the game
