Last weekend we had an MMA double header.
BAMMA 24 took place in the 3Arena in Dublin's docklands on Saturday and at the same time in London's O2 Arena UFC Fight Night 84 was taking place.
Gus Ryan was at BAMMA and managed to chat to some of the winning fighters so this week's episode busts through our normal 30 minute time limit!
